Raizen creditors weigh giving chairman Ometto future option on capital injection By Luciana Magalhaes
SAO PAULO, June 2 (Reuters) - Creditors and bondholders of Brazilian sugar and ethanol producer Raizen on Tuesday worked to finalize the terms of its extrajudicial recovery plan, including whether chairman Rubens Ometto could inject fresh capital in the future, according to two people familiar with the talks.
A likely solution as of Tuesday evening, the same sources said, was to give Ometto an option to decide at a later date whether to contribute new funds to Raizen RAIZ4.SA.
