Jan 13 (Reuters) - COSCO Corporation (Singapore) Ltd  COSC.SI : 
* Says restructuring of equity holding in subsidiary 
* Purchase consideration for the acquisition is RMB2.6 million 
* Says purchase consideration will be satisfied in cash 
* Transaction is not expected to have material impact on nta or EPS of co for financial year ending 31 December 2016 
* Pursuant to agreements, CSES to acquire 51% interest in Cosco Xiamen from CSG and 49% interest from Xiamen ocean shipping co. 
* Says had entered separate conditional sale and purchase agreements on 18 December 2015 to acquire entire registered capital of Cosco (Xiamen) shipyard
