Peru to pitch $10 bln coastal rail project as part of Chancay port

CHANCAY, Peru , Oct 29 (Reuters) - Peru will pitch
foreign governments on a $10 billion rail project as part of its
Chancay megaport development plan that will connect the facility
with parts of the central coastline, the government's
transportation minister said on Tuesday.
