India's Cosmo First climbs on stake buy agreement

** Shares of India's Cosmo First  CSFL.NS  up as much as
5.8% at 748.55 rupees 
    ** Packaging film manufacturer said it has entered an
agreement to acquire minority stake in O2 Renewable Energy XV 
    ** Agreement for solar power supply for co's Maharashtra
plants, CSFL said  
    ** More than 51,000 shares change hands by 10:07 a.m. IST,
half of 30-day avg  
    ** So far this year, stock has fallen ~6%
