Sept 1 (Reuters) - Cosmos Machinery Enterprises Ltd

    * Unit Sunford Enterprises as vendor entered into sale and 
purchase agreement with Giant Express Investment 
    * Purchaser Giant Express Investment conditionally agreed to 
purchase MS Plasticorp for RMB82 million 
    * Disposal is expected to recognise a gain of about RMB26.1 
million to group
