much as 5.4% to A$0.59, their biggest intraday pct gain since
Sept. 22
    ** COS signs deal to acquire Clarita Solutions Pty Ltd, an
Australian co that provides asset management

    ** Says acquisition is earnings accretive and will
contribute positively to co's FY22 result
    ** Adds acquisition for an upfront consideration of A$7 mln 
($5.18 mln) in cash and 8 mln COS shares

    ** COS stock down 28.2% this year, as of last close
