** Shares of COSOL COS.AX fall as much 8.2% to A$0.67, their lowest levels since December 1, 2022

** Stock marks its biggest intraday pct loss since April 10

** The asset management solutions provider sees FY statutory EBITDA to be in range of A$16.3 mln ($10.60 mln) to A$16.7 mln, lower than previously anticipated due to timing challenges with new contracts, others

** Expects high single digit revenue growth and margin expansion in FY26 as well as strong double-digit growth for statutory EBITDA and EPS

** About 369,602 shares change hands, 8.3x the 30-day average

** Stock down 35.6% YTD
