Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019
 
The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 (the "2019 Annual Report"), will be posted today to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies.
 
As announced on Tuesday 31 March, the Company is considering how best to hold its 2020 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which was due to be held on 7 May 2020, due to the unprecedented and evolving situation with regard to the global coronavirus outbreak and is therefore not at this time publishing its Notice of AGM or proxy form.
 
We will provide details regarding the AGM in due course.  Our priority is the health and safety of our shareholders, Directors, employees, advisors and other people involved in the AGM. 
 
The 2019 Annual Report is also available on the Company's website and has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where it will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.aspx.
