Board Notification - External Directorship
Costain Group PLC has been informed that Anthony Bickerstaff, Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed to the Board of Wincanton plc as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 01 September 2020. It is intended that Mr Bickerstaff will become Chair of the Audit Committee of Wincanton plc at the end of February 2021.
Mr Bickerstaff will step down as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Low Carbon Contracts Company Limited and Electricity Settlements Company Limited on 02 October 2020.
