Costain, the smart infrastructure solutions company, is pleased to report, further to the announcement earlier today regarding the sale by Costain Alcaidesa Limited of Alcaidesa Holding S.A.U to Millenium Hotels Real Estate I Socimi S.A. for €15.2m (the "Disposal"), that the Disposal has now completed.  Further details of the Disposal were contained in our earlier announcement.
