Ordinary Shares of 50p each
The Company received notification on 24 December 2015 of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares"):
 On 24 December 2015, Mr David Allvey, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 5,725 Ordinary Shares at a price of 373.31p per share. The transaction was carried out in London.
 On 24 December 2015, Mrs Alison Allvey, a connected person to Mr David Allvey, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 1,700 Ordinary Shares at a price of 376.95p per share. The transaction was carried out in London.
