GRANT OF OPTIONS TO PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR")

 

Costain Group PLC ('the Company') announces that options to subscribe for a
total of 4,003,701 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each in the
capital of the Company have been granted today, 11 October 2024, to eligible
employees, including the following Executive Directors (each being a PDMR),
under the Costain Group PLC Sharesave Plan:
