Greater Manchester Waste contract
Further to our announcement on 24 August 2017, Costain, the engineering solutions provider, announces that all the conditions to the consensual termination of the Greater Manchester waste management PFI project (the "Project") have been satisfied. 
In accordance with the terms of the consensual termination, Costain has fully demobilised all of its remaining activities relating to the Project and settled all of its obligations under the Project. As previously announced, the financial impact for Costain of the settlement is in line with the provisions we have previously taken for the Project.
