Transfer of Shares
Costain Group PLC ("the Company") announces that on 10th September 2015, Anthony Oliver Bickerstaff transferred 79,833 ordinary shares of 1 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital, to his spouse Lisa Ann Bickerstaff for nil consideration. Following the transfer, the total beneficial interest of Anthony Oliver Bickerstaff and his connected persons in the Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 197,826 shares, representing 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R.
