Transfer of Shares
Costain Group PLC ("the Company") announces that on 13 December 2016, Andrew Wyllie transferred 189,990 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.18% of the Company's issued share capital, to his spouse Jane Wyllie for nil consideration. Following the transfer, the total beneficial interest of Andrew Wyllie and persons closely associated with him in the Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 406,508 shares, representing 0.39% of the Company's issued share capital.
