** Co's controlling shareholder JAB Holding plans a leadership overhaul, resulting in CEO Sue Nabi stepping down, the Financial Times reports, citing people familiar with the matter

** Move comes as Coty is mulling the sale of its cosmetics business to focus on more profitable fragrance segment

** Athletic apparel maker Lululemon Athletica LULU.O on Thursday announced CEO Calvin McDonald's exit in January after about seven years at the helm

** Coty and JAB did not immediately respond to Reuters request for comment

** As of last close, stock down 52% YTD
