South Korea privacy regulator to fine Coupang $409 mln over data breach SEOUL, June 11 (Reuters) - South Korea's privacy regulator said on Thursday it will fine e-commerce giant Coupang CPNG.N 625 billion won ($409 million) over a massive leak of customer information last year.
