SEOUL, April 22 (Reuters) - South Korea's Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday that ongoing talks with the U.S. over a security agreement should proceed separately from any issues related to an investigation into e-commerce company Coupang Inc CPNG.N.
The ministry made the comment to reporters in response to a media report that Washington has asked Seoul to legally guarantee the safety of Coupang's U.S.-based Chairman Kim Bom during Seoul's probe into the leaking of customer information at the company.
