Covestro rises after report ADNOC nears bid

** Shares of Covestro  1COV.DE  are up around 3% in early
trade
    ** Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is expected to
make a formal offer to buy Covestro for about 14.4 billion euros
($15.90 billion) including debt, the Financial Times reported
    ** "Bid now seems to be coming up, finally," a local trader
says
    ** The stock is among top movers on the German blue-chip
