Covivio and AccorInvest sign MoU to combine their hotel properties
June 21 (Reuters) - Real estate owner Covivio CVO.PA
said on Friday it had signed a memorandum of understanding with
its peer AccorInvest ACCP.PA looking to combine their hotel
property and operating companies.
The deal is expected to close in the final quarter of 2024,
Covivio said in a statement.
