July 21 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    
    Thales SA  TCFP.PA 
    Fance's Thales upgraded its full-year revenue forecast after
posting faster-than-expected growth for the first half on
Friday, buoyed by a recovery in civil aerospace and growth in
its digital identity and security business. 
    
    
    Casino  CASP.PA 
    Brazilian retailer GPA  PCAR3.SA  said on Thursday its board
rejected a second offer from Colombian billionaire Jaime
Gilinski to acquire a 51% stake in its Colombian subsidiary
Almacenes Exito  IMI.CN . French retailer Casino owns GPA.
     
    
    Eiffage SA  FOUG.PA :
    Eiffage said APRR'S half-year consolidated revenue excluding
construction rose to 1,454.1 million euros. 
    
    
    Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise SA  FLYP.PA :
    SFL posted half-year rental income of 111.4 million euros,
up 13.7% on a reported basis against a year earlier. 
 
    
    Vinci SA  SGEF.PA :
    Vinci announced a major civil engineering contract for a new
wastewater treatment facility in Nice, adding the project is
worth 700 million euros.
    
    Dassault Aviation SA  AM.PA :
    The company posted adjusted half-year net sales of 2,295
million euros, against 3,098 million a year earlier.
    
    Eurazeo SE  EURA.PA :
    Eurazeo said it has recently invested in CTN Groupe through
its Corporate Financing business and through Eurazeo Corporate
Relance and NOVI 2 funds.
    
    Covivio SA  CVO.PA :
    Covivio posted half-year group share revenues of 321 million
euros, against 306 million a year earlier. 
    
    Ipsos SA  ISOS.PA :
    Ipsos announced the acquisition of Omedia from Médiamétrie. 
    
    Stef SA  STF.PA :
    Stef posted second quarter turnover of 1.10 billion euros.
    
    Ubisoft  UBIP.PA :
    Ubisoft  UBIP.PA  posted first quarter net bookings of 267.7
million euros, against 293.3 million a year earlier.
