** Chardan Research initiates coverage of drug developer Coya
Therapeutics Inc  COYA.O  with "buy" rating, sets $9 PT 
    ** PT implies an upside of ~88% to stock's last close 
    ** PT is based on the potential of COYA's biologic therapies
intended to enhance regulatory T-cells - Chardan
    ** Biologic therapies are treatments that stimulate and
restore the body's immune system, which in this case are the
regulatory T-cells (also called Tregs)
    ** The therapies are intended to target autoimmune and
metabolic diseases linked to the dysfunction of Tregs
    ** COYA produces preclinical data supporting the role of
Tregs as potential disease modifying treatment for an animal
model of Alzheimer's disease
    ** Stock is down ~5% in January
