** COYA announces pricing of upsized $20 million stock offering

** Company sells 3.6 million shares at $5.50 apiece, a 21% discount to stock's last close

** Lucid Capital Markets is sole book-running manager for public offering

** COYA had 16.7 million outstanding shares as of June 30, according to offering prospectus

** Proceeds from the offering will be used for funding its clinical development plan and other purposes

** As of last close, COYA shares up 21.8% YTD
