Feb 23 (Reuters) - Unibep SA  UNIP.WA : 
    * Said on Wednesday that it has signed an investment 
agreement with companies from CPD capital group  CPD.WA  on 
joint development of multi-family buildings in Ursus district of 
Warsaw 
    * Unibep to act as a general contractor in the project
