* Purchaser, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of company,
entered into equity transfer agreement with vendors
* Purchaser agreed to purchase 100% equity interest in
target company from vendors in consideration of RMB75 million
* Vendors are independent third parties, purchaser is CPMC
