 * Refer to the circular of the company dated 27 June 2016 in relation to, among other things, the subscription agreement 
 * Possible financial impact and extension for completion in relation to (1) issue of new shares under specific mandate and (2) connected transaction  involving subscription of new shares by connected persons and (3)  subscription of new shares
