Block listing of shares
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to AIM of a Block Listing of 2,367,013 ordinary shares of 1 penny each fully paid, and for these securities to be admitted to trading on the AIM market. 
The block listing is in respect of 1 penny ordinary shares that may fall to be issued under the CPPGroup PlcMatching Share Plan.
The ordinary shares will, upon issue, be fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares. Admission is expected to occur on 26 June 2017.
