CPP has been advised that on 7 May 2021, Oliver Laird, Chief Financial Officer, sold a total of 8,294 ordinary shares of £1 each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £5.00 per share. Following completion of this share sale, Oliver is holding 43,554 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.49 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company, and unvested options under incentive plans over a further 38,830 Ordinary Shares.
