Exercise of Options and Director Shareholdings

 

On 27 June 2024, the following Directors exercised options over ordinary
shares of £1 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the CPPGroup Plc
Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Option Exercises"):
