Result of AGM

 

The Company held its Annual General Meeting at 4pm on Tuesday 9 May at Liberum
Capital Limited, Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9LY at
which all resolutions were passed.

 

The full results are set out below.
