Third Interim Dividend 2026 Declaration

The Board of the Company has declared its third interim dividend of 8.34 pence
per share in respect of the year ending 30 June 2026 (2025: 1.26 pence per
share).

Such dividend will be paid on Friday, 29 May 2026 to shareholders on the
register on Friday, 1 May 2026. The associated ex-dividend date is Thursday,
30 April 2026.
