Craneware says it has not received a takeover proposal from Bain Capital

May 16 (Reuters) - Craneware CRW.L has not received a takeover proposal from Bain Capital, the British software licensing firm said on Friday, following a statement from the U.S. private equity firm about assessing a possible offer for the company.
