14 October 2022 - Craneware (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in Value Cycle
software solutions for the US healthcare market, is pleased to confirm that
the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2022, together
with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy, have
been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website at

The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Craneware plc, 1 Tanfield,
