 ("Craneware", or the "Company")

 Transaction in Own Shares

Craneware (AIM: CRW.L), a leader in healthcare financial performance
solutions, announces it has purchased the following number of its Ordinary
Shares of 1p each through Peel Hunt LLP on the London Stock Exchange.

 Date of purchases:                                        16 to 20 March 2026
 Number of Ordinary Shares purchased (aggregated volume):  217,464
 Lowest price per share (pence):                           1,350.00
 Highest price per share (pence):                          1,440.00
 Weighted average price per day (pence):                   1,401.43

The Company will hold the purchased shares in Treasury. Following the purchase
of these shares, the Company will have 35,296,641 Ordinary Shares in issue
(excluding Treasury shares), and the Company will hold 245,528 Ordinary Shares
in Treasury.

The figure of 35,296,641 represents the total voting rights in the Company and
may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating whether they
are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,
the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The table below contains detailed information about the purchases made as part
of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company on 16 March 2026
(the "Programme").
