Cranswick plc (the "Company")

 

Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company announces that following the vesting of share options awarded
under the Cranswick plc Long Term Incentive Plan 3 directors and 1 PDMR
exercised and subsequently sold some of these options on 27 June 2022, details
of which are set out below:
