Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company in issue as at 31st May 2016 is 49,853,893 with each share carrying the right to one vote.
As no shares are held in treasury the total number of voting rights in the Company is 49,853,893.
The above figure may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominatorfor the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of theCompany under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
