POLITICS
Italy seems to have avoided an economic recession despite
being hit by costly energy prices and record high inflation,
Economy Minister Giancarlo Giorgetti said on Monday.
Giorgetti also said the government was set to unveil a
package of measures to boost initial public offerings (IPOs) on
the Milan bourse.
ECONOMY
Bank of Italy releases February data on Target 2 liabilities
and European Central Bank funding to Italian banks.
DEBT
Treasury continues its offer of new 5-year BTP Italia
reserved to retail investors, ends on March 8, subject to early
closure. It sold 3.64 billion euros of its inflation-linked bond
to retail investors on Monday, the first day of its offering,
Bourse data showed.
Treasury announces sale of 12-month BOT bills, with relative
amounts to be auctioned on March 10.
COMPANIES
STMICROELECTRONICS STM.MI
The European chipmaker will change its Euronext trading
symbols in STMMI for shares traded in Milan and STMPA for shares
traded in Paris, starting from March 13, the company said in a
statement.
IPO, CREACTIVES GROUP CREG.MI
The company developing artificial intelligence technologies
for the supply chain is expected to debut on Euronext Growth
Milan.
IPO, REWAY IPO-RWY.MI
The Italian infrastructure group is expected to debut on
Euronext Growth Milan on March 8.
NEXI NEXII.MI
Releases FY results (0600 GMT), followed by conference call
(0700 GMT).

Board meeting on FY results (FY results released on Feb. 8).
FINCANTIERI FCT.MI
Board meeting on FY results.
DEA CAPITAL DEA.MI
Last of two-day of suspension from trading before
de-listing.
