TuSimple falls as Navistar deal collapses

** Shares of autonomous truck technology company TuSimple
Holdings Inc  TSP.O  fall 1.8% to $2.22 premarket
    ** TSP on Monday said co and Navistar ended a deal to
co-develop trucks with autonomous driving capability
    ** In 2020, Navistar and TSP announced the deal to
co-develop heavy-duty self-driving trucks by 2024
    ** German carmaker Volkswagen AG  VOWG_p.DE  has a ~8% stake
in the co, according to Refinitiv
    ** Up to last close, stock had fallen ~94% YTD
