 * Beijing emphasis media entered into equity transfer agreements with Zhao Wei And K. Pictures (Beijing) communication 
 * Says the considerations were determined by the amount of the paid share capital of Yiju Creative proportionately 
 * After the transfer of equity interests, Emphasis Media will retain its controlling interest in Yiju Creative 
 * Emphasis media sells 10% and 5% of equity interests of Beijing Yiju Creative 
Technology Limited to Zhao Wei And Pictures, respectively
