** IT services firm Creative Realities' shares  CREX.O 
tumble 27% to $2.2 premarket after co announces proposed public
offering 
    ** Co does not offer details on the size and pricing of the
offering 
    ** CREX intends to use proceeds from the offering for debt
repayment, capital expenditures, and operating expenses
    ** Stock to open at an over four-month low, if losses hold
through open
    ** Nearly two weeks ago, co had posted a
bigger-than-expected Q2 loss; stock has lost over 16% of its
market value since then
    ** Up to last close, stock had risen 72% YTD
