Creative Realities soars on merger with Reflect Systems

** Shares of digital marketing tech co Creative Realities
Inc  CREX.O  up 133.6% at $3.44 premarket - set to record their
best day since April 2020
    ** CREX and software co Reflect Systems announced a merger
on Friday after the bell  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nPn8gmtzwa
    ** Combined co will operate under the Creative Realities Inc
name and continue to be listed on NASDAQ as CREX
    ** All of Reflect's shares, par value $0.001 per share, will
be converted into $18,666,667 in cash or 2,333,334 shares of
Creative Realities common stock, par value $0.01 per share, or
contingent cash payable on or after the three-year anniversary
of merger
    ** More than 4.4 mln shares traded vs 25-DMA volume of
300,561
    ** Up to Friday's close, stock had risen 13.2% this year
