Interest rate on French Livret A savings account to rise by mid-July, says minister PARIS, June 30 (Reuters) - The interest rate on the Livret A savings account - one of France's most popular bank savings products - will rise by mid-July, said French finance minister Roland Lescure.
Lescure made the announcement on BFM TV, adding this would be "one more piece of good news" for French households' purchasing power after French inflation slowed in June for the first time this year.
