The Company announces that following their merger with Moore Stephens, Chantrey Vellacott DFK LLP has formally resigned as the Company's auditors, that Moore Stephens LLP has been appointed to this role and that a resolution for confirmation of their appointment will be included in the resolutions at the next AGM.
