Board Appointment

 

Creightons plc (LSE: CRL), the British based beauty and well-being brand
owner and manufacturer is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Paul Watts
as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Paul has over 40 years of financial service experience, in which he primarily
spent at RSM as a capital markets and audit assurance partner, specialising in
listed companies. Paul was also previously a Director and Treasurer of the
Quoted Companies Alliance and he is expected to be Chair of the Audit and Risk
Committee.

Mr Watt's current and past directorships (within the last 5 years) are as
