Change of Director's Role
This announcement in made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 
Creightons plc ('Creightons" or the "Company" - CRL) manufacturers of the finest quality personal care, beauty and fragrance products, announces that Paul Forster who has been with the company since it acquired the Potter and Moore business 18 years ago and has been on the board as Director of UK Operations since February 2015, has decided to retire with effect from the 1 April 2021, but has agreed to stay on the board as a non-executive director.
Paul has successfully overseen recruitment or promotions within the organisation to take up his previous roles, with the finance function headed up by Eamon Murphy, who had gained extensive experience in accounting and manufacturing before joining the group last summer.
The board would like to thank Paul for his hard work and diligence in helping build the company into the profitable enterprise we are today and are pleased that he has agreed to remain on the board.
