Creightons plc announces that Bernard Johnson, a director of the Company, has advised it that he acquired 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p in the Company at nil value from another family member on 24 January 2020.
The shares form part of the holding announced on 1 May 2019 when he transferred 600,000 shares to his family member at nil value.
 
Following this transaction, the total combined beneficial holdings by Mr & Mrs Johnson personally and by Mr Johnson's SIPP is 5,087,844 ordinary 1p shares, 7.86% of the total enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
