Creightons plc announces that Martin Stevens, a director of the Company, has advised it that his wife disposed of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p in the Company at 56p per share on 8 September 2020.
Following this transaction, the total combined beneficial holdings by Mr & Mrs Stevens is 881,818 ordinary 1p shares, 1.36% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
