Creightons plc announces that Paul Forster, a director of the Company, has advised that he and his wife Mrs Forster disposed of 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p in the Company at an average price of 109.85p on 4 October 2021.
Following these transactions, the total combined beneficial holdings by Mr Forster and his wife is now 1,113,318 ordinary 1p shares, 1.65% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
