Director/PDMR Share Transfer
 
Creightons plc (LSE: CRL), manufacturers of personal care, beauty, and fragrance products has been advised that on 27 October 2021, Mr Bernard Johnson, a director, transferred 85,000 ordinary 1p shares into his SIPP at 98.00p per share. 
 
This transfer does not affect Mr Johnson's overall notifiable holding, which remains 5,578,844 (8.17%) shares.
