Director/PDMR Shareholding

Creightons Plc (the 'Group' or 'Company') was informed today that Martin
Stevens, Deputy Group Managing Director,  has transferred 411,940 ordinary
shares from himself to his wife on 03 September 2024 at a transfer price of
29p per share.

His beneficial holding remains at 993,758 ordinary shares, representing 1.45%
of the issued share capital of 70,035,383 ordinary shares.
